ワークショップ・紙漉き体験サービスご利用時の注意事項
  • Consider wearing short sleeves or rollable clothes.
    半袖や袖まくりのできる服でお越しください。
  • Feel free to snap photos or videos during papermaking, as long as it doesn't disrupt other customers.
    紙漉き中の写真撮影、動画撮影など、他のお客様の御迷惑にならない範囲で自由にしていただいて構いません。
  • Cancellations accepted until 6:00 PM 2 days before reserved date (refund process takes a few days). No refunds for cancellations made after this point.
    ご予約のキャンセルは予約日前々日の18時まで承ります（数日中に返金処理をさせていただきます）。以降のキャンセルはご返金いたしかねますのでご了承ください。
  • Change reservation by contacting us through the inquiry form with name, reservation time, and requested changes up to 2 days before the reservation date.
    ご予約日程・時間・人数の変更については、予約日前々日までにお問合せフォームよりご連絡ください。その際①ご予約時のお名前　②予約いただいた時間　③変更内容　を明記してください。
  • The workshop is limited to a maximum of four participants at a time.
    ワークショップは1度につき最大4名様までのご参加となります。
  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled reservation time.
    ご予約時間の5分前までにはお越しください。
  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to participate in the experience. Please contact us in advance if you will be late. Without prior communication, your reservation will be considered cancelled.
    10分を過ぎて到着される場合は、体験ができない場合がございますので、事前にご連絡ください。ご連絡がない場合は、キャンセル扱いとなります。
