Notes on workshops and papermaking experience

Important points to note when using the workshop and papermaking experience service

• Consider wearing short sleeves or rollable clothes.
  Please come in short sleeves or clothes that can be rolled up.
• Feel free to snap photos or videos during papermaking, as long as it doesn't disrupt other customers.
  You are free to take photos and videos during the papermaking process as long as it does not disturb other customers.
• You can cancel or change your reservation up to 24 hours before the experience starts for a full refund.Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable.
  Cancellations and changes to reservations can be made up to 24 hours before the start time (100% refund). Please note that cancellations made after this time will not be refunded.
  • For bookings made through our website:
    Please cancel using the link in your confirmation email.
    To reschedule, make a new booking for your preferred date and cancel the original one.
    Reservation via website If you have received a cancellation notice... please cancel using the link in the email you received when you made your reservation. If you wish to change your reservation, please make a new reservation for the new dates and cancel your current reservation.
  • For bookings via external platforms (eg Viator):
    Please cancel or modify your reservation directly through the respective platform. Their cancellation policy applies.
    External booking sites (such as Viator) Book from If you have received a ticket, please cancel or change your reservation through the respective service website (cancellation regulations are in accordance with each service).
  • For bookings made by email or phone:
    Please contact us via email or our inquiry form.
    To change your date/time/number of guests, contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and include:① Your name ② The date and time of your reservation ③ The changes you'd like to make
    If you made a reservation directly by email or phone, please contact us by email or through the inquiry form. If you would like to change the date, time, or number of people, please contact us through the inquiry form at least 24 hours before your reservation. Please clearly state the following: 1) Your name when making the reservation, 2) The time of the reservation, and 3) The details of the change.

• Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled eservation time.

• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to participate in the experience. Please contact us in advance if you will be late. Without prior communication, your reservation will be considered canceled.
  If you arrive after 10 minutes, you may not be able to participate in the experience, so please contact us in advance. If you do not contact us, your reservation will be canceled.
